How do credits work?
Each Case Digest generation costs standard credits. For monthly subscriptions, credit allocations replenish at the start of each billing cycle in accordance with the chosen plan tier. In contrast, credits acquired via one-time payments, referral bonuses, or crowdsource contributions do not expire and shall remain in your account balance until fully consumed, subject to applicable Terms and Conditions regarding account dormancy.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can downgrade to the free tier whenever you like from your profile settings.
